The person in this position will be responsible for providing overall support for the non-product sourcing spend category in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region ($750 million EMEA spend) and the Asia-Pacific region (~$300 million in the APAC region). In addition, they will support the International Non-Product Sourcing Director (EMEA & APAC) and the RTX Corporate Global MRO Category Leader (EMEA). **Scope of responsibilities** + Support the business unit teams (Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace, and Raytheon) in all aspects of the RTX Corporate Non-Product Sourcing strategy in terms of utilizing non-product procurement expenditures at the EMEA level. + Responsibility for the regional non-product sourcing category, spend analysis, development and execution of annual procurement strategies (implementation of global and regional strategies), negotiations with suppliers (global, regional or national), supplier performance management, and operational support. The category's responsibility focuses on MRO, including industrial consumables, cutting tools, chemical management services, lubricants, abrasives, packaging, and industrial gas subcategories in the EMEA region. + Utilizing RTX Operation & Supply Chain standard work (CORE methodology) and tools (i.e. ARIBA), common sourcing systems and a common supplier selection process, while supporting regional business unit teams to ensure strong and stable participation. + Support the International Non-Product Sourcing Director in leading regional meetings (EMEA, Country & Category Sourcing Councils), project development, negotiations, and project execution. + Lead and coordinate activities across all non-product categories. + Support the International Non-Product Sourcing Director and their international team in developing a clear regional non-product category strategy for MRO in cooperation with the Global MRO Category Team, including the development and realization of savings within the managed category. + Represent the EMEA region during the MRO Global Category Council to support Global Strategies (including the international dimension), but also to develop the Regional MRO Strategy. + Benchmark MRO markets in North America, Europe, and Asia to identify best-in-class partners for long-term cooperation and utilize best practices for the category. + Gain knowledge about emerging technologies and business trends in your area of responsibility and incorporate these trends into the MRO Category strategic plan. + Facilitate collaboration in the Middle East and Africa and the Asia-Pacific regions to leverage the scale and breadth of oneRTX. + Support integration and harmonization processes at RTX in terms of leveraging One Company spending to find synergies and opportunities across RTX business units (Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, Raytheon, but also Corporate). **Requirements** + Higher education (Master's degree) + Minimum of 10 years of experience in the area of procurement and sourcing strategy + Ability to make independent business judgments to drive strategies and results + Ability to work with global and regional teams to achieve results through leadership and influence + Ability to work and succeed in a dynamic environment + Ability to perform analysis and solve complex problems + Highly developed communication skills + Fluent knowledge of English and Polish + Willingness to travel (up to 20%: mainly within Europe/Middle East/Africa and North America, but also to Asia) **Nice to have:** + Experience in non-product procurement is preferred + Knowledge of other foreign languages (e.g. German, French) **What we offer** + Work in an international environment + Opportunity to participate in building strategies for the area _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
