Summary: Seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Professional with expertise in Field Service for implementation, customization, and optimization efforts.

Proven experience (5+ years) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically Field Service

Strong understanding of Field Service processes (dispatch, resource scheduling, service agreements)

Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps

Technical proficiency in JavaScript, C#, Plugins, and Custom Workflows

Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and API integrations

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for D365 Field Service

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Field Service modules

Develop functional and technical specifications for enhancements and integrations

Assist with data migration, system integration, and testing activities

Create documentation for solution design and configuration

Troubleshoot issues across functional and technical domains

Work with developers on custom development and system enhancements



Pay Details: $55.00 to $74.00 per hour
