Reporting to the Director of Digital Development and Operations, you will be a lead technical expert, working within a cross-functional team to drive the full software development lifecycle for our CRM systems. **Main Responsibilities:** + Research, design, and develop robust software programs and applications within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. + Identify and implement modifications to existing programs to improve functionality and efficiency. + Develop and implement efficient, high-quality code. + Create and deploy quality assurance procedures, tools, and metrics to maintain system integrity and operational practicality. + Work closely with a cross-functional team, including Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts, to deliver cohesive solutions. + Proactively maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure they are secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally. + Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced development environment. + Train users and provide support to ensure effective adoption of the solutions you build. **Key Requirements:** + Bachelor/MasterDegree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems and related. + **3- 5 years of development experience** with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, specifically the Sales and Customer Service modules. + Proven experience developing **.NET code plugins and JavaScript** . + Strong experience with the **Power Platform** , including developing Power Automate Flows. + Proficiency with **DevOps, Git, and other version control tools** . + Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, including **Forms, Views, Grid controls, Site Maps, and Model-Driven Apps** . + Experience with **Azure** services like Logic Apps and Azure Functions. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + **Proficiency in English (must).** **Nice to Have** + Familiarity with external tools such as **XRMToolbox, SSIS, and PostMan** . + Microsoft certifications are good plus (not mandatory) + Knowledge of DevOps tools like **Jira and Confluence** . + A naturally curious and user-centric approach to development. + Experience working in a multicultural and international environment. **Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent Convatec** A formal recruitment process is required for all our opportunities prior to any offer of employment.
