This role involves working closely with the architecture team, other developers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality, functional systems. 1. Develop customizations and integrations for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce, focusing on retail functionalities such as eCommerce, order management, inventory management, and customer engagement. 2. Contribute to the development process following established standards, best practices, and agile methodologies. 3. Provide technical support during the testing phase, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes. 4. Collaborate with the architecture team to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 5. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines. 6. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. 7. Stay updated with the latest market trends and updates in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce. 8. Assist in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing phases. 9. Maintain and update existing systems as required by business changes or new updates from Microsoft. 10. Contribute to the development of project documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and training sessions. **Required technical and professional expertise** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce development. Proficiency in X++ programming language and familiarity with C# and .NET. Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce architecture and modules, particularly those relevant to retail. Experience with SQL Server and database design/development. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and team-working skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its services is desirable but not mandatory. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce development are highly desirable.
