Our CRM team manages Customer Relationship projects using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution, focused on Sales, Marketing, Customer Service. The Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise. Our team is cohesive and supportive, led by a dynamic and motivated Manager. The team is cross-functional, comprising functional, technical, delivery-oriented, and pre-sales profiles. What you’ll do * Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and provide CRM implementation advice * Ensure alignment between client needs and the deployed CRM solution * Define test plans, scenarios, test cases and monitor the implementation of features * Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-Model) and apply them effectively * Draft functional documentation and provide user training. Skills and experiences * Expertise in functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. * Proficiency in key functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. * Holding or pursuing Microsoft certifications will be considered a plus. * Proficiency in communication in both English and Dutch.
