Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you will provide essential technical support for a variety of client products, performing basic to moderately complex troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops. You'll be the go-to person for our clients, addressing their technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Deliver exceptional customer support for designated equipment, responding to service calls within established service level agreementsPerform diagnostics and repairs on desktop computers, laptops, and related peripheralsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issuesInteract directly with clients to address technical problems, providing clear and friendly communicationComplete all administrative tasks and real-time reporting associated with each service callManage and control assets and inventory, ensuring prompt turnaround of parts and equipmentFollow and adhere to established policies, guidelines, and safety protocolsStay updated on the latest technology trends and support techniques to provide cutting-edge solutionsCollaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practicesTravel to client locations as needed, occasionally involving long distances or overnight staysQualificationsTechnical school certification or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field0-2 years of relevant experience in PC support or a similar roleStrong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking conceptsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressureOutstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to explain technical concepts in easy-to-understand termsProficiency in using diagnostic tools and performing hardware repairsExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyValid driver's license and reliable transportation with proper insurancePhysical ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbsOwnership of a basic repair tool kitStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamOEM Certifications (required as directed by management)Previous customer service experience (preferred)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
