NTT DATA is currently looking for a **DWDM Consultant** on a hybrid working model (remote + on client site, either London or Sheffield) for our growing team in the UK. **Your responsibilities:** + Design, implement and maintain OTN & DWDM solutions aligned with FM TX and IP networking needs + Configure, monitor and troubleshoot network issues related to OTN and DWDM technologies + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and security in optical transport networks + Integrate new technologies to enhance FM TX systems for seamless high-capacity operations + Conduct technical assessments, recommend upgrades, and implement performance enhancements **The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience:** + Hands-on experience with DWDM transmission systems, including coherent transponders, EDFAs, Raman amplifiers, and ROADMs is desirable. + multiple years of hands-on experience in FM Transmission (TX), OTN and DWDM + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex network environments **Work model** Hybrid working: 3 days/week on client site (London or Sheffield), 2 days/week remote. **Benefits** Our people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
