Contract: Full time

Pay: 39,000 - 40,000

We're looking for a Duty Manager who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to working specifications and compliance procedures.  

Role Responsibilities: 

 As DM you are responsible for the Health & Safety of the centre.  As DM you are responsible for the operational standards of the centre.  As DM you are responsible for the presentation of the centre.  As DM you must liaise between departments, as necessary.  As DM you are also responsible for Security, Cleaning, Gex, Carpark and staff within.  As DM you are responsible for BOH areas. BOH including corridors and BP demises Car Park patrol all areas including Fire exits

Duty manager site tours are to be conducted periodically through the day checking the following: Staffing Levels | Standards of Uniform – to include name badges, evac plans, PPE and correct uniform | Cleanliness of the Centre, including toilets | Engage with brand partner manager or points of contacts for any events happening

What we're looking for: 

Previous Duty Management experience in soft services

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.

IOSH Health & Safety qualification desirable.
