Because it’s with Hilton where we never forget the reason we're here: to delight our guests, Team Members, and owners alike\. **What will I be doing?** As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: ·Ensuring a reliable and friendly experience for all Guests ·Guest Satisfaction – address and resolve guest issues & requests to ensure they have a positive experience\. ·HiltonHonors & VIPs – oversee special guests, such as HiltonHonors members and other VIPs\.Managing their VIP arrivals, inhouse and departure experience\. ·Team MemberLeadership – direct team members with proper communication and coaching in upholding brand service standards\. ·Product Knowledge & local knowledge – have a robust knowledge of hotel services as well as local information to enhance guest experience through reliable recommendations\. ·Customer Service Champion – be the leading example in providing exception customer service to our valued guests\. ·Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities\. ·Contact appropriate individual or department \(e\.g\., Engineering, Housekeeping\) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem\. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks\. ·Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction\. ·Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly\. ·Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs\. ·Communicate VIP arrivals and acknowledge any and all Member/ Owners of the Resort\. ·Perform general incoming communication duties, including taking enquiries via telephone and electronic registration system **What are we looking for?** A Duty Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members\.
