Acting as the representative of property management, this role resolves guest or property-related concerns promptly while ensuring smooth operations across all departments. In the absence of the General Manager and Director of Operations, the Duty Manager assumes full responsibility for maintaining the property across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) areas. This position replaces the requirement for a traditional Manager on Duty and acts as the senior leadership presence on property, empowered to make operational decisions, address issues, and ensure seamless continuity of management.
