Duty Manager

You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility during their shift, ensuring smooth functioning, high levels of customer service, staff coordination, and quick resolution of any issues. The role involves acting as the point of contact for both staff and customers in the absence of senior management.

Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.

Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
