We're seeking a Duty Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nDaily operational lead for Front of House area that comprises of Check-In/Boarding/Dispatch/Operations functions\nAct as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement.\nDemonstrate an operational leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in the operation\nDevelop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and validate it with your immediate leader\nAssign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership\nTrack team and individual performance of the employees.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nAviation or DHL experience preferable.\nCustomer service experience required\nOperations experience managing a team\nMicrosoft Packages - Excel , PowerPoint, word\n\n

✅SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:
