Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms, this integral role provides a high level of service to guests experience and balancing the needs of guests, talent, and the entirety of W Sydney. You will assist the team in maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement by creating a memorable atmosphere for guests and adopting a deep local understanding of the guest journey.
