A Full-Time vacancy has arisen for the position of Duty Manager.  The selected applicant will be responsible for the safety and security of the team, guests and property and to provide hotel guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering.

Duties include:

\n\nProviding superior customer service well before they arrive to the hotel and even after their departure.  \nFinding strategic ways of giving each Guest a personalized and memorable service\nMeeting and greeting arriving guests and bidding them farewell as they leave \nReviewing the arrival list daily and assisting in allocating welcome amenities \nEscorting VIPs to their rooms and check them in before their arrival   \nAttending promptly to customers' inquiries and assisting them with their needs \nDealing with guest complaints and providing tangible solutions to their issues or concerns\nFinding proactive ways of enhancing the Guest experience \nEnsuring the safety and security of all hotel guests, team members and property, being able to take over the Fire Panel and lead the management team on duty\nRepresenting the Hotel management during their absence\nProviding support to reception with check in and check out as required\nAnalyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating and the service provided\nResponding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones\nBe present within the Front Office Area as well the Executive Lounge and assist during busy moments\nFull knowledge of all activities / functions / events happening within the hotel whilst on duty\nBe the point of reference for the guests throughout their stay\n
