Overview About the role: We are looking for a Creative Team (Art Director & Copywriter) with more than 2 years of experience in an advertising agency who has worked for major brands. We seek a creative and innovative team, filled with optimism and dynamism. Passionate about design and digital formats, we are in search of individuals with exceptional communication skills and a strong capacity for teamwork. We love people who display enthusiasm, humility, and an eagerness to continuously learn and share what they have learned. Responsibilities How you’d spend your day: Ideation, creation, and presentation of integrated campaigns. Capability to articulate creative ideas for the agency's clients. Development of 360º campaigns. Opportunities to think about TV advertisements. Participation in new business ventures. Possess the ability to propose ideas for any client, participate in open briefs, perform proactivities, etc. Adaptation of advertising campaigns for international clients to the local market. Participation in shooting processes and photographic productions. Qualifications What we’re looking for: 2+ years of experience in advertising writing. Advanced English, B2 / C1 will be valued. Comfortable working with and presenting to clients across various industries and levels. Takes constructive criticism with ease and grace. Experience with interactive exteriors, websites, e-mailings, landings, and social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, etc. Comfortable with presenting copy, concepts, and maintaining a constant stream of original, innovative ideas to clients. The Copywriter must have the ability to craft impactful creative concepts and write advertising scripts for TV ads for any type of client. The Art Director should have good taste, passion for graphic design and must be proficient in programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects. Additional requirements: The Art Director should have knowledge of audiovisual editing and basic understanding of 3D and motion graphics to create simple content for social media.
