デュピクセント NP PSL (Product Strategic Liaison) Job Description : 1.以下のPSLの役割をリードし、現在・将来の鼻茸を伴う慢性副鼻腔炎（以下CRSｗNP）の適応におけるDUPIXENTの価値をチームとして最大化する強力なスピーカーを育成する。 DUPIXENTのメッセージを全国に広めることで、デュピクセントの価値を最大化し、耳鼻咽喉科治療における生物学的製剤の市場を拡大しつつ、競合に打ち勝つことでファーストラインのポジショニングを確立する。 •KOLマネジメント:波及効果のあるスピーカーの開発育成 •マーケティング戦略の実行:各種イベントの企画・実行（全国講演会、ウェビナー、共催セミナー) •営業活動支援:エリアオピニオンリーダー(AOL)マネジメント支援 •サノフィのプレゼンス向上:耳鼻咽喉科領域主要学会のステークホルダーとの強いrelation構築 •Global発信：日本人KOLを海外へ演者として送り出し、日本から世界へのメッセージ発信に貢献 2.リーダシップを持った人財の育成 必須経験：　 •CSA（MR）やMSLとして大学病院や基幹病院を担当し、KOLマネジメントを経験したことのある方 •自身が主幹としてKOLを巻き込んだ新たな組織化や講演会を実施したことのある方 求められるスキル： •リーダーシップと組織マネジメント力 •ビジネススキル（論理的思考、分析力、交渉力、発想力、コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、等） •コンピュータ関連スキル：Word、Excel、PowerPoint あれば尚可 •専門的な知識：呼吸器・耳鼻咽喉科領域（特にCRSｗNP） •英語：読み書きができる •生物学的製剤、免疫領域で専門知識を持つ方 **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
