As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest serviceKeep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cashTrain and coach crew members to be their bestEnsure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standardsStep in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions

What You Bring to the Table:
