Job Description

Key Responsibilities

A technical lead with strong leadership qualities and good knowledge in P&C Insurance. Will be expected to work in a team setting, providing guidance to the junior team members. Will be responsible to communicate status and updates to onsite and project manager. Should be able to give technical support/guidance and keep the project moving.

 

Skillset required

In depth knowledge in Duck Creek architecture and Billing functionalities. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Billing. Good understanding of Policy and Billing interactions, ability to understand and analyse business requirements. Experience on Agency Billing, Direct Billing, Instalment billing, Accounting Notices, Commission Management etc Should have ability to create new bill plan and enable/work on day 2 transactions Good knowledge on configuring forms, EFT, Disbursements and Invoices. Additional knowledge on integrations like General Ledger, lockbox etc is appreciated.
