What You Can Expect
As a DTS Clinical Sales Manager you will provide account management for the ROSA™ system in addition to periodic assistance for ROSA™ on the clinical level. You will also play a critical role in building the Robotic expert team in the use of ROSA™ system. In addition, you would be responsible to lead key projects that are needed for the clinical services team with a specific focus on an account development and account management.
How You'll Create Impact Lead a team of DTS Clinical Sales Specialists to on-board new accounts and drive customer excellenceUsing available tools/resources/materials, develop a hospital specific support plan with hospital administrators, surgeons, and hospital staff to enable independent use of the ROSA™ SystemThrough partnership with the surgeons and hospital staff, help drive system utilization by determining the appropriate program elements to meet the needs of the hospitals’ patient and local marketIn partnership with the capital sales team and the local Recon team, work to develop account development plans tailored to the local marketTogether with Sales team, develops a hospital specific multi-disciplinary plan to successfully complete on-boarding episode, increase robotic-assisted surgery procedures and develop follow-up sales opportunitiesOn-boarding the local Sales Rep to take-over the clinical support after the onboarding episode is completed, follow-up the account post-implementation dayIn partnership with the hospital and the Sales team, develops and supports implementation of patient-information to raise awareness for robotic-assisted surgery as an alternative to conventional surgery, tailored to the local market opportunityDuring periodic ROSA™ program review meetings with hospital administration and surgeons, support the sales team in providing relevant data and analysis to drive feedback and recommendations aimed at helping the hospital meet its established goalsConnects with both the ZB Edge and the local Sales team to drive excitement for robotic-assisted surgery and achieving business goalsSupports advance technology upgradesEducate teams and further enhance ZB Edge Suite experience of integrated technologiesWhat Makes You Stand Out Demonstrate the ability to accept and adapt to different working practices as required by surgeons and hospitals whilst maintaining Zimmer Biomet protocolsStrong Project Management skills to assist in advancing ROSA™ account developmentAbility to determine one's own schedule based on business needsUnderstanding of technical medical language and anatomy to interact with surgeons and theatre staff.Proven organizational skills and effective time managementYour Background Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredSignificant experience across the medical device industryClinical sales experience or orthopedic sales or case coverage experiencePrior experience with Robotics or advanced equipment preferredEntrepreneurial , target orientation and organizational skills, Analysis capability, Problem solvingTravel ExpectationsUp to 60% across the country with occassional international travel
