**What You Can Expect**
As a DTS Clinical Sales Manager you will provide account management for the ROSA™ system in addition to periodic assistance for ROSA™ on the clinical level. You will also play a critical role in building the Robotic expert team in the use of ROSA™ system. In addition, you would be responsible to lead key projects that are needed for the clinical services team with a specific focus on an account development and account management.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Lead a team of DTS Clinical Sales Specialists to on-board new accounts and drive customer excellence
+ Using available tools/resources/materials, develop a hospital specific support plan with hospital administrators, surgeons, and hospital staff to enable independent use of the ROSA™ System
+ Through partnership with the surgeons and hospital staff, help drive system utilization by determining the appropriate program elements to meet the needs of the hospitals’ patient and local market
+ In partnership with the capital sales team and the local Recon team, work to develop account development plans tailored to the local market
+ Together with Sales team, develops a hospital specific multi-disciplinary plan to successfully complete on-boarding episode, increase robotic-assisted surgery procedures and develop follow-up sales opportunities
+ On-boarding the local Sales Rep to take-over the clinical support after the onboarding episode is completed, follow-up the account post-implementation day
+ In partnership with the hospital and the Sales team, develops and supports implementation of patient-information to raise awareness for robotic-assisted surgery as an alternative to conventional surgery, tailored to the local market opportunity
+ During periodic ROSA™ program review meetings with hospital administration and surgeons, support the sales team in providing relevant data and analysis to drive feedback and recommendations aimed at helping the hospital meet its established goals
+ Connects with both the ZB Edge and the local Sales team to drive excitement for robotic-assisted surgery and achieving business goals
+ Supports advance technology upgrades
+ Educate teams and further enhance ZB Edge Suite experience of integrated technologies
**What Makes You Stand Out**
+ Demonstrate the ability to accept and adapt to different working practices as required by surgeons and hospitals whilst maintaining Zimmer Biomet protocols
+ Strong Project Management skills to assist in advancing ROSA™ account development
+ Ability to determine one's own schedule based on business needs
+ Understanding of technical medical language and anatomy to interact with surgeons and theatre staff.
+ Proven organizational skills and effective time management
**Your Background**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
+ Significant experience across the medical device industry
+ Clinical sales experience or orthopedic sales or case coverage experience
+ Prior experience with Robotics or advanced equipment preferred
+ Entrepreneurial , target orientation and organizational skills, Analysis capability, Problem solving
**Travel Expectations**
Up to 60% across the country with occassional international travel
