Working with the DSV Operations Manager and the DSV Account Manager, you will complete DSV operational activities to maintain reports & dashboards, product life cycle and category administration including vendor debits. You will be assigned a category to ensure those Suppliers are compliant with system activity, KPIs and orders. You will support suppliers with clear ways of working, training and customer escalated issues. Analyse reports and dashboards to Identify where suppliers need improvement and present your recommendations to the DSV teams, Category teams and Suppliers.

Responsibilities Update reports and dashboards daily with accuracy and punctualityUsing the reports and dashboards to analyse results and present to DSV Account manager & suppliers recommendations for improvements.Drive improvements with Suppliers on stock availability, delivering orders on time, problems with orders and system compliance.Provide training and support to new & existing Suppliers in the use of our systems and improvements to ways of working.Support the Contact Centre with escalated customers by working with your suppliers to find solutions.Manage the product lifecycle by maintaining systems with new, existing, and discontinued products.Manage refund debits and payments with your suppliers challenging any disputes. Working with suppliers & internal teams to resolve issues and adhere to prompt deadlines.Regular contact with your Suppliers including the occasional visit.Work with internal category teams, collaborating to improve sales and customer experience Qualifications Capability to deliver quality and accurate work with an eye for detail to deadlines.Drive to improve supplier performance and customer resolution.Confident yet balanced decision making & good problem-solving methodology.Able to communicate effectively with a range of audiences both orally and in writing.Excel skills (pivot tables/v look ups and basic formulas)Confident managing multiple tasks, prioritising, and comfortable working in a
fast paced and high-pressured environment.
