NTT DATA currently seeks a direct hire Application Analyst III - Core to join our team in remote in California.
**Job Overview:**
The Application Analyst III – Core Systems is the advanced working level position in the Application Analyst – Core Systems series and is distinguished from the higher, expert level Application Analyst IV – Core Systems by the latter’s responsibility for day-to-day vendor relationship management, performance of the most complex product configuration tasks, and participation in future planning activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provides medium- to high-level support and expertise related to systems configuration, research and analysis, and State policy and procedure implementation, in support of the Application Analyst IV – Core Systems
+ Supports the Application Analyst IV – Core Systems and Application Services leadership in the analysis of business procedures, performance of medium to high level complexity systems configuration, and conducting related research
+ Provides core systems technology training and subject matter expertise to staff in coordination with other Application Analyst – Core Systems, Application Services leadership, and the Learning and Development Department
+ Performs other duties as assigned
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 5 years (or a Master’s degree and three years) of product configuration experience which included some experience related to training staff
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managed health care environment
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Working knowledge of software product lifecycle management, from defining requirements to implementation
+ Working knowledge of the principles and practices of technical/technology implementation processes, including the integration of systems and the application of information management
+ Working knowledge of the principles and practices of project management
+ Working knowledge of the Medicaid Program, the methods of product configuration in a Medicaid/Medicare environment, and medical terminology, related procedures, and national diagnostic coding
+ Working knowledge of and proficiency in research, analysis, reporting methods, performance metrics and statistics
+ Working knowledge of and proficiency with Windows based PC systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Adobe Acrobat
+ Working knowledge of the methods and techniques associated with the development of business requirements
+ Working knowledge of the principles and practices of product/program development

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting range for this remote role is ($88,251.24—$141,211.20 / Annual). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
