Your Role

In your daily job you will:

Lead daily production operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards.Monitor and manage production schedules, resources, and processes to achieve operational targets.Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.Drive workforce development by coaching, mentoring, and enhancing team members’ skills and capabilities.Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and PC&L to resolve issues and support seamless operations.Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and EHS standards.Track and analyze key operational KPIs, providing regular reports and improvement action plans.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).Minimum 7–12 years of experience in production or manufacturing leadership roles.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean/continuous improvement tools.Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and production management systems (ERP/MES preferred)
