Drywaller Details:

Temporary position$25.00 to $27.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift

Installation: Measure, cut, and install drywall panels onto wood or metal framing, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment. Finishing: Apply joint compound to seams and nail/screw holes, then sand surfaces to achieve a smooth, paint-ready finish. Repair: Identify and repair damaged or defective drywall, including patching holes, cracks, and other imperfections. Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints and specifications to accurately install drywall according to project requirements. Collaboration: Work with other construction professionals, including project managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical, plumbing, and other systems. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Drywaller Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Knowledge of drywall installation techniques, tool usage (saws, drills, screw guns, taping knives), and finishing processes. Physical Ability: Ability to lift and maneuver heavy drywall sheets, work at heights, and perform repetitive tasks. Attention to Detail: Ensure precise measurements, accurate cuts, and smooth, even finishes. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to drywall installation and finishing.Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and other trades.
