Kforce has a client that is seeking a Dry Dock Logistics Manager in Doral, FL. The Dry Dock Logistics Manager is responsible for planning and managing logistics functions to support the execution of dry docks. Essential Functions: * Contract and manage on site dry dock logistics providers; Responsible for performance and day-to-day activities for all 3PL contractors * Establish key metrics and success criteria for projects * Responsible for timetable and deadlines to ensure timely execution of the material logistics to support projects; Must elevate to upper management when issues are not occurring in a timely manner * Responsible for planning and execution for all of the material logistics aspects of Dry Docks and special projects * Manage timelines and communications with both internal and external partners * Responsible for successfully managing work relationships with all stakeholders * Create procedures for reverse logistics and product returns; Lessons learned at the end of each project with major stakeholders
