On behalf of a leading maritime company based in Genoa, Italy, we are currently seeking an experienced Docking Planner/Project Planner to join their technical team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and performance of a growing fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed dry dock plans and schedules for company vessels Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to align on requirements and timelines Monitor progress during dry dock periods, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety, and budget Maintain accurate records and post-docking reports to support continuous improvement Contribute technical insight to project planning and risk assessment Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in project planning, ideally within a maritime or ship repair environment - 6 years minimum A strong technical background Familiarity with dry dock processes and vessel maintenance operations Effective communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams Based in or willing to relocate to Genoa, Italy
