Position Summary:

Person in this position will be responsible for the general transportation needs. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.

Essential Job Functions:

Safely transports program participants; Ensures all passengers are properly secured and fosters good rapport with passengers; Operates vehicle in all-weather conditions; Operates wheelchair lift properly for loading and unloading. Ensures all wheelchair equipment is stored properly prior to movement of vehicle. Assists with donation pickups and deliveries; Maintain records for vehicle service including mileage and transportation logs; Maintenance on a daily basis of vehicles used for participant transportation; Performs, documents, and submits daily vehicle condition inspection reports to ensure the safe operation and cleanliness of WestCare vehicles.
