Driver Supervisor (Transportation)

Candidates must be able to work ANY shift within a 24/7 operations, including weekends, overnight, and holidays. Position responsibilities: Position Summary: The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for effective and efficient product distribution, managing a team of professional drivers, and assisting the Transportation Manager in the day-to-day operations of the delivery department. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: · Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling · Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved · Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) · Coordinate drivers according to customer needs · Establish and maintain positive customer relationships · Develop transportation staff · Other projects and duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Associate's degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
