As a Driver Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our business by overseeing the daily activities of our driving team. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, ensuring they and their belongings are transported safely and efficiently under the care of the hotel. In this role, you serve as the first point of contact and create the initial impression for our guests, making professionalism and courtesy essential.

To succeed in this position, you must have a thorough understanding of the vehicle’s capabilities, traffic regulations in the country of operation, and local driving habits. Anticipating and managing potential risks is key to ensuring the safety of guests, drivers, and the vehicle.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with all transportation and safety regulations, effectively scheduling and dispatching drivers, and handling customer inquiries or transport-related issues. You will also monitor driver performance, provide regular feedback, coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, and maintain accurate transportation records and reports. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role, along with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to any operational challenges.
