We’re looking for a driven, high‑energy Driver Recruiter to join our growing talent team and lead the full-cycle recruitment process for CDL transportation roles. The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of recruiting experience, a solid understanding of employment laws and FMCSA regulations, and the ability to build strong partnerships with HR, leadership, and candidates alike.
What You’ll DoLead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume non-exempt and exempt roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers while meeting fast-paced hiring timelines.Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality CDL talent across multiple geographic locations.Maintain a robust, ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates using proactive sourcing methods.Utilize innovative and cost-effective approaches—internet research, advertising, job fairs, networking, open houses, community partnerships, referrals, and more.Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.Proactively reach out to passive candidates for high-demand CDL positions.Conduct interviews to assess experience, training, skills, compensation needs, and availability.Coordinate and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events, including set-up and onsite engagement.Collaborate with external recruiting partners and agencies as needed.Participate in cross-functional HR projects, supporting broader recruiting and staffing initiatives.Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Provide weekly reporting to monitor recruiting activity, highlight trends, and identify challenges.Perform additional duties aligned with high-volume recruiting needs.Essential Skills2–4 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, including targeted searches for CDL driversStrong sourcing and research abilities using job boards, internet tools, and CRM platformsSolid understanding of employment law, FMCSA regulations, DQ Files, MVR, and DOT complianceExperience using ATS systems; UKG and/or Tenstreet is a plusOutstanding communication and consultative skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to drive results independentlyAdditional QualificationsHigh school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing, high-volume environmentStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with the teamWork EnvironmentThis is a seasonal role expected to run through June 2026, with the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity based on business needs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
