Our mission is to serve both people and planet by keeping textiles out of landfills and redistributing them to those in need. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our team. This individual will be responsible for collecting clothing donations from designated drop-off locations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely deliveries to our warehouses or partner organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and a commitment to customer service and environmental sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** + Safely operate company vehicle(s) to collect used clothing from donation bins and partner locations. + Load and unload bags of clothing (may weigh 30–50 lbs each). + Conduct routine checks of the vehicle and report maintenance issues. + Keep accurate logs of pickups and deliveries using a mobile app or paper system. + Communicate professionally with partner sites and the operations team. + Ensure clothing collection bins are clean, maintained, and presentable. + Follow all DOT and company safety regulations and procedures. **Requirements:** + Valid driver’s license (CDL not required but may be a plus). + Clean driving record. + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly. + High school diploma or GED preferred. + Strong time management and organizational skills. + Basic understanding of GPS and route planning apps. + Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles. + Familiarity with warehouse or logistics operations. + Passion for environmental and social causes. **Work Environment:** + This position involves frequent travel within a regional area. + Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. + Early morning or weekend shifts may be required.
