Job Description

As a Driver Helper, you will accompany a truck driver to deliver products to stores and customers. Your key responsibility will involve using a two-wheel dolly to efficiently and carefully transport cases of beer, wine, and liquor into purchasing businesses. Engaging with customers during deliveries is also an integral part of the role. You will assist the driver with product checks, ensure accurate routes and order slips, and contribute to setting up displays at various store locations. Reporting directly to the driver, you are expected to follow instructions diligently. The position requires the ability to lift around 50 pounds, with the possibility of handling kegs weighing up to 125 pounds.

Work Environment

The work environment is characterized by a large, clean warehouse where you will collaborate with drivers daily. You will accompany drivers on various routes, with potential changes in routes and drivers each day. The role involves working in different temperature conditions depending on the weather. Work hours typically range from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime on Monday.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
