Join our dynamic team in Basingstoke as a Driver Development Officer, where you'll spend 75% of your time on the road making deliveries and 25% in the office enhancing the skills and performance of our drivers. A valid HGV Class 2 license is essential for this rewarding role!

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nConducting on-the-road deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service while adhering to safety regulations.\nDeveloping and implementing training programs for drivers to enhance their skills, performance, and compliance with company standards.\nMonitoring driver performance through assessments and providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.\nAssist nearby DHL out bases in Exeter, Hatfield and Allington when required.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nValid HGV Class 2 license with a clean driving record and proven driving experience.\nPrevious experience in driver training, development, or a related role within the logistics or transportation industry.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate drivers.\n\n
