Responsible for the cleanliness of their vehicles. Communicates with the customer(s) and the centers to facilitate transportation needs. Personally, facilitates the movement of patients, visitors, employees or patient related items, in the most expeditious, professional, and customer service-oriented manner, using the most expedient method available. The driver/courier safely handles all packages that need to be posted or need to be received. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. **The value you'll bring to the team** **:** Facilitates the safe, efficient, and expedited movement of patients, visitors or employees from area to area via stretchers, wheelchairs, beds or vehicle. Also facilitates movement of related items such as belongings, paperwork, labs and/or equipment Makes scheduled and unscheduled trips to various facilities to pick up patients, visitors or employees, as directed, in a timely and efficient manner Adheres to all local and state traffic regulations and is cognizant of the safety of their passengers Maintains assigned vehicle in clean and suitable condition, refuels vehicles, and replaces all used items Accurately reports the necessary information by correctly using the phone system Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:** High School Grad or Equiv - Required 1 year of technical experience driving 10 passenger vehicles and below - Preferred This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
