DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver / Drayperson to play a vital role in our distribution service.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nMulti drop delivery to pubs and resturants\nBetween 4-20 drops per day\nManual handling required – will need to unload at customer site (mainly kegs of beer)\nDelivering down stairs, to cellars etc.\nDrive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations\nComply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nYou will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card \nYou will have at least 8 months recent Class 1 HGV driving experience \nYou must be happy working in a highly physically demanding role \n\n
