Overview

HIRING EVENT being held on October 8, 2025 from 10am to 3pm at our 2425 Hoover Ave, National City, CA 91950 office.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is 1/2 caregiving and 1/2 driving

ONLY 1 Position open at this time.

Schedule is Monday - Friday from 7am to 3pm.

Responsibilities Provides and arranges for transportation of clients outlined in the case plan on a timely basisAdheres to all deadlines for documentation. Reports incidents of abuse and neglect according to federal, state, and local standardsCoordinates all appointmentsCollects logs weekly for each clientCoordinates schedule for driversCoordinates billing, submits billing, maintains document records for billingCoordinates standing orders for any new clientsBreaks down dollar amounts daily fore each clientReviews census of logs to ensure billing is correct, completes weekly billing amounts to the finance departmentMonitors vehicle maintenanceOther duties assigned Qualifications High school diploma / General Educational Diploma and one year experienceAbility to effectively and professionally communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external to company
