We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Records & Information Management Associate to join our team. This position requires a proactive individual who is capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations related to document management, transportation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform driving duties between client sites as required (valid, clean driving license is essential).

Handle and transport boxes to various internal and external areas in a safe and efficient manner.

Welcome and assist new customers, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

Receive incoming records and assess them for compliance with our conditions of acceptance.

Accurately book in records and input data into internal systems, such as Cimage.

Scan and index records for digital archiving and retrieval.

Prepare records for archiving, including data validation and physical preparation.

Conduct quality checks to ensure records meet archival standards.

Retrieve archive boxes and specific documents as requested by customers.

Perform document research and retrievals to support customer queries and requests.

Generate and review system reports in preparation for archiving or auditing processes.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid and clean driving license.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience with document management systems (e.g., Cimage) preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle physical workloads.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
