Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable driver to operate a flatbed truck with a trailer for local deliveries in Utah, Salt Lake, and Davis counties. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting and securing loads while ensuring timely deliveries. This is a local driving position with routes that allow you to be home daily. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities· Maintain driver logs, vehicle maintenance and cleanliness · Comply with all vehicle driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures- reporting defects, accidents, and violations· Delivering construction material and equipment to job sites· Follow company procedures when addressing mechanical issues and safety concerns· Meet delivery schedules· Safely secure loads for transport
Requirements:· 4+ years work experience as a company driver, specifically with flat-bed trucks and hauling trailers· Valid Utah driver’s license · Clean MVR-motor vehicle record· Have the ability to accurately maintain a digital DOT (Department of Transportation) and FMSCA (Federal Motor carriers Safety Administration) as well as digital time card applications· Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations as well as towing· Lift, Push and Pull 100lbs· Good communication and time management skills· Can work full-time schedule, M-F· Possess a DOT Medical Card· Pass drug test and background check· Travel: Rarely/never$24 - $26 an hourFlynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including roofing, glazing, waterproofing, and architectural metals.
