Drivability Line Technician Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair drivability issues including engine performance, emissions, fuel systems, and electronic controls on GM vehicles. Utilize advanced OEM diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems. Perform thorough vehicle inspections and provide clear repair recommendations. Collaborate with service advisors to communicate findings, repair options, and timelines. Keep current with GM technical bulletins, service updates, and factory training programs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety standards. Document all work accurately to support service records and warranty requirements.

 

Drivability Line Technician Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $50.00 to $60.00 flat rate per hour, with up to 125 billable hours guaranteed per pay period.
