As a Drill Bits Application Engineer, you will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Drill Bits Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillarsEnsuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized uponActing as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close outBeing responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirementsGrow revenue by delivering drilling insights through detailed applications analysis and product developmentCreate custom designs, new product pipeline, drilling optimization program is created after detailed multi-well analysis to identify non-productive time (NPT).Recommended operating parameters intended to increase drilling efficiency to drill further and faster.Custom drill bit designs undergo hydraulics optimization, fine-tuning for steerability and efficiency enhancements to increase penetration rates.Responsive resolution to customer complaints and incidents is critical for business continuity and prevent loss of revenue.

Have a relevant Bachelor's degree and several years relevant experienceDemonstrate significant and relevant experience in Drill BitsShow solid experience with drill bits and directional drillingBe responsible to present projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders
