**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate dredge equipment to extract sand and gravel safely and efficiently.
+ Monitor dredging operations and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance.
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on dredge machinery.
+ Record production data and report any equipment issues or safety concerns.
+ Collaborate with plant personnel to ensure smooth day shift operations

+ Strong attention to detail and situational awareness in dynamic environments.
+ Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures and safety protocols.
+ Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Physical ability to perform tasks in outdoor and water-based settings.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
**Physical Demands of the Job:**
+ Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
+ Manual dexterity to operate dredge controls and perform equipment maintenance.
+ Visual and auditory ability to monitor equipment and surroundings for safety.
+ Capability to work on or near water, including climbing on floating platforms.
+ Endurance to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
**What We Offer**
+ $34.32 to $34.32 per hour
