What You'll Be Doing

Operate dragline equipment safely and efficiently to extract raw materialsPerform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machineryMonitor excavation progress and adjust operations to meet production targetsCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflowAdhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and careStrong awareness of safety standards and commitment to safe practicesCapacity to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic conditionsWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and proceduresReliable communication skills and attention to operational details

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
