What you’ll do as a Drafting Designing Coordinator + Create or modify telecommunications and permit drawings + Design small extensions and small system redesigns, in accordance with customer design specifications + Produce high-quality drafts using AutoCAD or other specified software for mapping data and design + Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that drafting and design work aligns with overall project goals + Provide necessary information to the team on a timely basis, including strand maps, drafted design maps, and BOM's or digital files + Maintain high production levels to meet & exceed client expectations + Learn new software and adapt to new technology as needed + Meet project deadlines and successfully complete tasks under tight timelines + Other duties as assigned What you’ll need + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or up to two years of Telecom Outside Plant (OSP) Design/Engineering Experience is required + Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred + Coursework or internship experience in design and drafting is preferred Physical abilities & exposures + Routinely: Work alone in remote locations, use keyboard and mouse + Occasionally: Operate vehicle, climb stairs, stand, walk Starting Range $18 based on experience Why work with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
