Overview
Are you a creative problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for design? We’re looking for a Drafter to join our energetic and collaborative team, where you’ll help shape the future of retail spaces. In this role, you’ll use AutoCAD to produce construction documents for both new builds and renovations, while keeping project records organized and up to date in Excel.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of six, supported by both on-site leadership and a remote manager who values initiative and innovation. If you’re ready to grow your drafting skills in a fast-paced, design-driven environment—this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll DoCreate and revise construction documents for store projects using AutoCAD.Maintain organized and accurate plan logs using MS Excel.Collaborate daily with a team of six drafters, sharing ideas and solving design challenges.Communicate with both remote and on-site managers to ensure project alignment.Ensure all drawings meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards.What You BringProficiency in AutoCAD and solid drafting fundamentals.Understanding of interior architecture and construction documentation.Experience using Microstation or similar drafting tools.A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design sensibility.Preferred QualificationsAAS or Bachelor’s degree in drafting, architecture, or interior design.6+ months of hands-on drafting experience (school, internship, or professional).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative design environment.Why You’ll Love Working HereBe part of a supportive and creative team that values your input.Work on real-world projects that shape retail environments across the region.Enjoy a mix of independent focus time and team collaboration.Gain exposure to design, architecture, and construction in a fast-growing industry.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
