The DRA Sales & Commercial Leader will be representing Baker Hughes with executive level management of midstream organizations across multiple regions to help progress strategic pipeline drag reducer sales initiatives and foster growth with our key partners.
 

As a DRA Sales and Commercial Leader, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans that are aligned with customer’s business plan to deliver growth in targeted areaEnsuring sales campaigns and strategies are consistent with the overall objectives for the companyProactively identifying and engaging new potential strategic customersBuilding relationships with key customers at both corporate and regional midstream/pipeline officesPerforming standard portfolio management practices to understand customer needs, requirements, and potential sales opportunities while managing portfolio P&LMentoring service delivery personnel for assigned customer account(s)Applying or leading the application of innovative ideas and technologies to create a business or organizational advantageManaging customer contracts to maximize profitability while monitoring and evaluating programs and expenditures

              

To be successful in this role you will: 

Have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.Have 10+ years’ experience in refining, midstream, or upstream chemical salesHave 5+ years’ experience in pipeline chemical treatment salesHave 5+ years’ experience with direct P&L managementHave proven track record of delivering top and bottom-line growthHave comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and market conditionsHave comprehensive understanding of company products/applications and servicesHave 50% business travel requiredHave excellent business acumenHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsHave commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment

Desired Characteristics:

Bachelor's Degree in a Sciences or Engineering field15+ years’ experience in refining, midstream, or upstream chemical sales10+ years’ experience in pipeline chemical treatment sales10+ years of direct P&L management5+ years of corporate sales experience at the C-suite levelCommercial negotiations experience with large corporate contracts in the downstream or midstream markets
