You will be responsible for the replenishment of the secondary warehouse network with our products. You must ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. In addition, you will be responsible for waste management, initiating mitigation actions for stock aging prevention. Furthermore, you will support the Demand Planning team with the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and at the stock keeping unit (SKU) level. You will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing. Finally, you will be responsible for providing demand planners with important real-time market feedback from de-centralized commercial teams.

How you will contribute

You will:

Ensure that the right products are at the right location at the right time to cover customer needs, developing the replenishment plan of the secondary Greek network and adjust it based on feedback from demand planners and/or commercial teams. 

Initiate stock transfers. 

Provide insights to Daily and Weekly service management processes through Service reporting analysis, proposing actions and avoiding Service Risks. 

Reduce and mitigate Ageing Stock and waste risks by following up on initiation and execution of local mitigation actions. Support reduction of finished good write-off cost. 

Ensure alignment with Logistics Operations in relation to warehousing and transportation capacity. 

Generate various reports as well as performing root-cause analysis for key service issues and share output with appropriate leadership. 

Review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing. 

Liaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs for their families .

Support Demand forecasting, escalating any issues on time and being in close communication with Demand Planners on secondary network sales insights

Experience at MS Excel  

Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis 

Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and improving the plan 

Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Experience within an SAP environment will be a plus

Fluent in Greek & English language
