私たちは現在、プロセスソリューションビジネスユニットにおいて、ダウンストリームプロセスのテクニカルアプリケーションエキスパート（TAE）を日本で募集しています。この役割は、フィルトレーション、クロマトグラフィー、関連サービスを含むダウンストリームビジネスを推進する重要な役割を担います。

 テクニカルアプリケーションエキスパート – ダウンストリームとしての主な業務：リードから販売までの営業プロセス全体におけるダウンストリームビジネスの機会を管理・サポート内部のステークホルダーと密接に連携してリードを評価顧客中心のバリュープロポジションと営業戦略を提示・位置付け技術要件を評価し、カスタマイズされたソリューションを準備技術プレゼンテーションや比較シートなどの競争ツールを開発顧客の要件と内部のソリューションおよび能力を調整する技術専門家としての役割を果たす市場でのプレゼンスを強化するためのローカライズされたイニシアチブを創出・推進マーケティングチームと協力してユーザーグループミーティングや展示会を実施ダウンストリーム製品に関する内部および外部トレーニングを提供 あなたが求められる条件：バイオテクノロジー、化学、プロセス工学または関連分野の学士号以上バイオ医薬品業界におけるバイオテクノロジーおよびダウンストリームプロセスおよび/または営業/マーケティングの経験が5年以上バイオプロセッシングに関する強力な技術理解、特にダウンストリームプロセスでの実務経験バイオ医薬品市場およびバイオテク処理に関する十分な理解と知識技術営業、ビジネス開発、アプリケーションコンサルティングにおける確かな経験クロスファンクショナルに働き、顧客のニーズを実行可能なソリューションに翻訳する能力言語：日本語および英語（両方とも読み書き可能）

Your Role :

We are currently seeking a Technical Application Expert (TAE), Downstream Process to join our Process Solutions Business Unit in Japan. This role will play a key part in driving our downstream business, including Filtration, Chromatography, and related services.

 

As a Technical Application Expert – Downstream, you will :

Manage and support the opportunities of Downstream business throughout the sales process from lead to saleQualify leads in close collaboration with internal stakeholdersPresent and position customer-centric value propositions and sales strategiesEvaluate technical requirements and prepare tailored solutionsDevelop the competitive tools such as the technical presentations and the comparison sheetsAct as a technical expert, aligning customer requirements with internal solution and capabilitiesCreate and Drive the localized initiatives to strengthen market presenceCollaborate with Marketing team for user group meetings, exhibitionsProvide Internal/External training about Downstream products

 

 

Who you are :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biotechnology, Chemical, Process Engineering or related field5+ years’ experience in Biotech and Downstream process and/or sales/marketing within the biopharmaceutical IndustryStrong technical understanding in Bioprocessing, ideally with hands-on experience in Downstream processGood understanding and knowledge of the biopharmaceutical market and Biotech processingSolid experience in technical sales, business development and application consultingAbility to work cross-functionally and translate customer needs into actionable solutions

Language : Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
