**Duties and Responsibilities**
As Door Person, I will support the Chief Concierge and assume responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
+ Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, using appropriate salutations.
+ Open doors and assist guests entering or exiting the hotel.
+ Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.
+ Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
+ Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including entrance and report any defects.
+ Monitor the entrance for unauthorized individuals or suspicious activity. Coordinate with security personnel to ensure guest safety.
+ Manage crowd control during peak times or special events.
+ Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
**Qualifications**
To execute the position of Door Person, I have the required experience within a five-star hotel calibre and I am fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
