Door Shop Foreman

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Door Shop Employee to join our team. This role involves assembling pre-hung interior and exterior fiberglass doors in a fast-paced shop environment. The ideal candidate is handy with tools, detail-oriented, and able to follow measurements and instructions accurately. Responsibilities include cutting, fitting, and assembling door units, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Candidates must be able to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Prior experience in manufacturing, carpentry, or construction is ideal.

Door Shop Foreman Details:

Door Shop Foreman Qualifications:

Previous experience in door assembly, woodworking, or similar manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and team-building skills Hands-on experience in production or assembly settingsAbility to read technical drawings and follow precise measurementsMechanical aptitude and experience operating tools and machineryPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periodsExperience with Dotul or similar pre-hung door machinery preferred but not requiredStrong organizational and problem-solving skills
