Door Greeters are key players in the operations of our stores. They welcome guests and help solve their problems. The Greeters focus on safety for all guests and team members. They also report suspicious activity and deter potential losses to the company

Job Description

Experience Required: 0 to 6 monthsExperience Desired: Loss Prevention in retail theft observations and other related activities; Guest service environment with extensive guest interactionEducation Desired: High school diploma or equivalentLifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds

Job Responsibilities

Greet each guest as they enter the store.Thank each guest and invite them back as they leave.Observe persons entering and leaving the store, watch for guests in need and suspicious activity.Communicate effectively with the regional loss prevention team, store leadership and local law enforcement.Create daily reports/logs of retail theft activities. (Utilizing current technology)Check receipts of guests and Team Members when suspicious activity is observed.Maintain safety as the top priority for our Team Members, guests, and products.Actively participate in, and promote, an environment which embraces diversity, inclusion and respect for Team Members, guests, vendors, and the community.Actively uphold the Company’s core values to ensure proper safety and respect for all.
